Tad Ogland

Tad Ogland is a Northwest native and longtime automotive business professional. His extensive window tinting began in 1992 at a Vancouver tint shop where he built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. Later, he expanded his services to regions in southwest Washington and Oregon.

In 2000, Tad opened his own shop, Elite Window Tinting, in Milwaukie, Oregon. With twenty-seven years of experience under his belt, Tad has unrivaled skills and expertise in the Northwest and countless happy customers.

Kenley Wallis started tinting in Kennewick, Washington in 2022. By 2005, he moved to Milwaukie and joined the Elite Window Tinting team, quickly distinguishing himself as a great problem solver when it came to the numerous challenges in applying film.


He refined and developed his craft over the years, eventually taking the helm as Elite’s owner in 2012. Kenley’s amicable and easy going demeanor makes him very popular with our customers and he takes great pride in delivering great service.
